*These estimated delivery times are provided by FedEx/other shipping companies, but customs inspections in certain countries/regions and local courier processing may lead to extended shipping durations. If you have concerns about order delays, please email us at freesoooffice@gmail.com with your order number. Please note that international orders are considered lost after 25 days from the shipment date, and therefore FREESOO cannot replace lost items before that time.

All products are shipped from our warehouses in China or the United States. Once your order is shipped, we'll send a confirmation email.

FREESOO ships only on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday: please keep this in mind when placing orders on weekends. For example, if you place a quick order after 10 AM on Friday or during the weekend, your order will ship on the next business day (Monday). We do not ship on Chinese bank holidays. In case of any order delays or delivery queries, please email freesoooffice@gmail.com.

Please Note: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery shipping fees. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Online shopping for products can be daunting, so we want you to be aware that buying and trying out our products is absolutely risk-free. If you don't like it, there's no hard feelings, and we'll make it right.

If you need assistance, please reach out to us. If your product is unworn, brand new, and comes with all tags, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase (30 days for sale items). Fill out the return form included with your order and follow the guidelines below to send it back to us along with the item you're returning.

Refund

When you request a refund for returned products, we will refund the product cost but not the shipping fee. If you return part of a bundle package or a set of items, the bundle package discount will no longer apply, and your refund amount will reflect this. Our aim is to process refunds within 7 days of the return being received.

International Returns

International return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the returned item is defective. In such cases, please contact customer service, and we'll arrange to cover your costs. All items returned from overseas to China must be declared as "Returned Goods" on customs declaration forms and include a printed copy of the receipt we sent you via email.
