Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note that a limited warranty can be provided once this time frame is exceeded. The final determination will be made when our customer service confirms your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization for a return will not be accepted. Custom Seat Cover products come with a two-year limited warranty. If there is any natural damage (non-human-related), we will provide a free replacement.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as complex custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges & Refunds

The most efficient way to ensure you receive the item you desire is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact customer service for the exchange or refund process according to the previously established contact channel. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Can Installed Merchandise Be Returned?

Certainly, if you have not installed the product, you have not tested it.
