As a customer of FREESOO, your satisfaction is our priority. Herein, is our policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges for our custom car seat covers.

1.  Submitting a Request: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom car seat cover, you can contact us immediately. Simply email us at <service@freesoo-auto.com> or reach out via our customer Service portal (details on our website).

To expedite your refund process, kindly include your order number and specify the reason for your request.

2.  Review Process: All refund, return, and exchange requests will be reviewed within 2 business days. Once we have made a decision, we will notify you via email.

3.  Eligibility Window: We will accept refund, return, or exchange requests up to 30 days from the date of placing the order. Extensions to this period may be granted in special cases at our discretion. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

4.  Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so on the same day the order was placed. However, please note that if the order has already been shipped or delivered, we may not be able to approve the cancelation request.

5.For returns due to product quality issues, the seller will bear the return shipping costs, and the shipping cost is within $40. Please select the corresponding logistics when choosing a return. For other non-quality issues, the buyer must bear all return shipping costs.

6.  Refunds: If your refund request is granted, payments are refunded as follows:

    *   Credit/Debit Cards payments: refunded within one (1) business day
    *   Bank Transfer payments: refunded within seven (7) business days; the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user
    *   PayPal payments: refunded within one (1) business day
    *   Other payment methods: refunded between five (5) to seven (7) business days

Quality problems and issues that do not affect resale, within 30 days of receipt, can be returned for a refund or an exchange.

If applicable, FREESOO reserves the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the product signed by the customer.
